… I love reconnecting people with themselves.
… I love to hold the space for change processes.
… I love working with chakras, sounds and mantras.
… I love incorporating painting and design elements into my energy work.
How I found my path……. About three years ago, I read a sentence that—simple as it sounds at first glance—changed my life:
“ We all have two lives. And the second begins when we understand that we only have one… “
Well, and there I was, asking myself whether I wanted to remain a sponsoring manager at the Natural History Museum with this second life and head for a second burnout?
The clear answer was no.
I wanted to do something that I consider meaningful and that helps other people.
It became clear early on that I am very perceptive and sensitive. I am a reflector (human design) and use these skills in my energy sessions in an absolutely mindful feel-good space for your development.
My very own path led me to study human energetics. I wrote my diploma thesis on “Energy work with chakras” and developed a toolkit of yoga exercises, mudras, mantras and meditation journeys. I also began training as a painting and design therapist, which I use to supplement my energy work.
And then I went “all in” – I quit my good, secure job at the museum to follow my heart’s path and my calling as an energy practitioner and to support you on your path of development.
And…. I love life, Italy, caffè, chocolate, driving around in my hippie mobile with built-in cook store, the sea, the sun, backpacking around the world, free spirit, warmth of heart, and so much more…
